The Grayson County Department of Juvenile Services provides probation services to Grayson County, as well as juvenile detention and residential, secure post-adjudication placement to Grayson County, as well as counties throughout the State of Texas.
The Detention Center primarily serves Cooke, Fannin & Grayson counities. The facility services other north Texas counties dependent upon space availability.
The post adjudication program is a secure residential facility. The program only accepts admissions referrals from juvenile probation departments within the State of Texas.
The Grayson County Department of Juvenile Services maintains a zero tolerance policy on sexual abuse and sexual harassment. This policy applies to all youth in either facility.
